How do I add products to my shop?
Open the app, go to the Products tab, and tap the + button in the top right corner. Fill in the product name, price, and optional photos and description, then tap Add.
How do I share my shop link?
Your shop link is shown on the Home tab. Tap Copy or Share to send it to customers via WhatsApp, SMS, or any other channel.
How do customers contact me?
When a customer views a product on your shop page and taps "Chat on WhatsApp", they are connected directly to your WhatsApp number.
How do I change my business logo or name?
Go to Settings → Business in the app. You can update your business name, description, location, and logo from there.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. If you need assistance, email us at joachimmpanda97@gmail.com.
